Saint Obi Is A Year Older Today And Now A Musician
Saint Obi is adding another year today and wants to give this as his gift to Nigerians.
This is
a big surprise yet a beautiful one because unlike most of his
colleagues who have forayed into the world of music and failed, Saint
Obi is out with some bangers; very imaginative and soul enriching songs
that are destined to top charts not only in Naija but globally.

Speaking to him at his Lekki Phase 1 prime office, he says, “I am a natural late bloomer but whenever I arrive, perfection is all I exude.”
I am firm believer in giving back to society, especially our young ones. There are so many talented Nigerians who have been looking for platforms that will give flight to their talents without any success.
This led to the creation of AGWHYTE MUSIC LABEL [a subsidiary of my company, Agwhyte International Limited.]

“At the moment, AGWHYTE MUSIC label is starting with a group called, A.M. KREW made up of D-Style & Wit Moral as well as my humble self. We are dropping 3 massive joints titled YOU & I; IMAGINE and SARAKUTE.”
I listened to the songs and believe me, I was completely blown away.
Saint Obi is truly the real deal. His songs are massive, young, fresh, original, thought provoking and inspirational.
Saint Obi is truly the real deal. His songs are massive, young, fresh, original, thought provoking and inspirational.

Infact one of his songs, IMAGINE… a remix of John Lenon’s song, IMAGINE was beautifully adapted with sweet African touch and current global issues is a class act that exemplifies his passion to for a better world and Nigeria in particular.
Furthermore,
Saint Obi says that he laughs at some ridiculous and mundane things
written about him on some blogs… “I am not a perfect being but I am very
distant from those things written or adduced to my person. An example, I
never bought any G Wagon valued at 48 million Naira [I craze?]”

The real me is a very selfless person who will share my last 100 Naira
with the needy; who is constantly thinking of ways to impact positively
on other people and society, at large. I don’t like talking much; rather
I let my works do my talking. I believe that charity, just like being a
fine person must start from inward; hence if you visit my village,
Umuezealaeze Alaenyi, Ogwa in Mbaitoli LGA of Imo State, I have done my
little bit to help my people but more importantly inspire a new vision.
Through the Grace of God Almighty, I was able to destroy 2 big shrines
in my village, sunk boreholes, did road repairs, empower the young and
old, etc.”
“My actions are not limited to my village; in the cities, I am also constantly preaching against the Osu syndrome, crime, poor morals, religious and ethnic bigotry, the need to for education, amongst others… its possible to change the world and Nigeria if we only try.”
Saint Obi has decided to use music as a positive tool and his songs are brilliant, youthful and ingenious.
His final words, “at Agwhyte Music we make sweet music, only but more importantly, in your own little or big way, be the positive change that you seek”
